Returns can be made within 15 days of receipt of your order if you are unsatisfied with the product. All products will have a restocking fee of 25% plus shipping costs. If the product is defective or if you were shipped an item other than what you purchased, please contact our customer support within 5 days of receipt so we can exchange the item at no cost to you.
In order for us to process a return, you must attain a return authorization number. Please do not just refuse a package or send it back without a return authorization number, as this will delay your refund, and you may not receive full reimbursement.
You can attain a return authorization number by emailing us at support@bigtsports.com. Certain returns can take 2-3 weeks for a refund can be granted, as certain items are sometimes shipped directly back to the manufacturer and not our warehouse.
