I've only used this once but it seems to work ok.
Quality is good, communications from seller was good with prompt shipping.

tried it on a dull serrated kitchen knife - worked fine - could see where it cut the edges - I worked it slowly and gently like the instructions say

This does a great job and my son really likes it. Came in great condition and packaged well. Bought other size and like it too.
