MAGLITE RX1019 HEAVY DUTY RECHARGEABLE Feb 23, 2010 I RATED THIS ITEM A TWO, BECAUSE WHEN I RECEIVED THE ITEM IT NEVER TURN ON. SINCE IT WASN'T WORKING I DECIDED TO RETURN THE ITEM AND GET MY MONEY BACK. THE RETURN WASN'T A PROBLEM AT ALL I GOT REFUND ON THE TOTAL AMOUNT I PAID.
A gift, I wish I was given. Feb 06, 2010 We bought this flashlight for our boss, and he loves it. It has amazing range, and a very impressive beam. I truly wish I had gotten one for Christmas myself. Excellent quality, and well thought out. Bravo!
Bright light! Jan 22, 2010 Very bright, rechargeable. If you use your light all of the time, you need this one!

WATCH OUT FOR PROMAX! Jan 06, 2010 Getting to the point. It's a great accessory to have. I owned one in the past. I recently purchased another one through True Value/Promax back on 11/18/09. After I did not receive what I ordered by the estimated delivery date,12/10/09 I contacted Promax and they told me it was delivered on 12/2/09 via FEDEX. I was given the customer service number for FEDEX and when I called them, they told me the package was delivered on 12/3/09. I thought I would save money by ordering the Maglite online, but instead I was ripped off. A representative at Promax stated that since my order was only $106.00, they was no signature required and my package was left at my front door. In that case, I would have done better by placing the $106.00 on the porch with a sign that said, "Take me, I'm FREE". The people at Promax are giving me the run around in resolving this matter. I just wanted to inform other consumers on my experience Promax. I have called and left messages, and no one is returning my calls in regards to this issue. Regardless of how much an item costs, there should be some alternative to make sure that we as consumers get what we pay for with our hard earned DOLLARS. Thanks Promax, for showing so much concern toward your customer, Joseph, who will never do business with your company again. What A RIP OFF! Again, this item is a great accessory to have. I guess I will flag down a Snap On Tool Truck to pay another $150.00 to get this GREAT ACCESSORY in which I need it to perform my job.
Good flashlight Dec 30, 2009 I bought this for my dad for Christmas. He's already put it to use while hunting. A lot of people mentioned that they didn't recieve all the pieces with thier flashlight. I opened the box to charge the flashlight before I wrapped it. Everything was in my box. It's a very bright light, and the flashlight is super heavy duty. I'm not sure how long the charge truly lasts since I haven't used it that long. Good product! I'm sure my dad will put it to use for many years.
